This is the locals spot, you come here to get wasted, eat good food, and have a great time. Honestly you have to try it to understand how great the environment is.

Completely random selection of a place to drunkenly stumble into as the kitchen at Oddsides was closed. What an awesome find! Great drinks and a massive amount of delicious food. We had the wet burritos and they were so good. The bartender and waitress were really nice and very attentive. Couldn't recommend this place more

Friendly service staff. Good local hangout.

Nice lunch. Great service. Very cold beer. Bathrooms are too small. The lock on the woman's bathroom is broke. Wife had to block door shut with her feet. I had to stand outside the door to make sure no-one walked in on her.

We went on a Friday night at 5ish with 5 other people. In fairness it was over the holidays and they had 2 waitress for the whole place. The place was packed with locals! We waited over an hour to get a table... But there is always a wait. Our food came fast. Probably 15min after we ordered. Unfortunately we got our appetizer with our food. Freaking love their burrito

Strong drinks, good servers. I got "the wet one", which is a wet burrito, it was quite good. A little pricey for what it was, but oh well. The chips and cheese are highly regarded here as well, my wife got them and liked them, but I didn't try them.

Very good experience here. I can here with my family and we had a really good time. They enforced social distancing and made sure everyone was wearing a mask. Food was also really good and can in a big portion size. Can’t wait to come back!

So, Tip-A-Few is definitely a bar, and was definitely very loud and busy on a summer Saturday afternoon. However, we did not have to wait long for a table for two. We ordered the chips and queso first and were going to split a wet burrito. The queso was incredible, and I was impressed that they brought out the burrito split amongst two different plates!! The burrito itself was the best I've ever had. So much that I went back the next day and got a burrito for lunch since I work in the area (Mondays are $2 off burritos). I was devastated when I returned to work with my to-go burrito and discovered that all of the yummy sauce leaked out of the styrofoam container into the plastic bag. The burrito was so hot it melted/disfigured the container, allowing the sauce to seep out. 😭 It still tasted delicious, but it was really messy.Long story short: get the burrito, but eat in.

Cheap strong drinks, great food and attentive staff.

Fun bar/restaurant. The house margaritas are the way to go; cheap and borderline flammable. People seem to call it a dive, but it's not. I love dive bars, but this is more of a cheap/shabby beach bar than a real dive. If I find myself back in Grand Haven, I'll definitely be back at the Tip-A-Few.

Nice place. Fair prices and the food was good!

My husband and I were greeted by a rude "doorman" who told us it would be a 45 minute wait for a table. I asked to use the restroom while we waited and he told me they don't have a bathroom! All this took place while we were standing outside on the sidewalk as he was blocking the entrance. I have never felt more unwelcome in my life!

In times of having to manage a business in these crazy times the manager at Tip a Few was more than accommodating after the bouncer guy forgot to write our name down then denied our reservation. She acted professionally and got us a table right away them took care of our first round of drinks. What could of been a horrible review and situation, was turned around just by making things right. It’s the last weekend with our grandkids before they head back to Florida so we truly appreciate being taking care of and being able to have an enjoyable evening and great food! Thank you!

Love this place - small town feel and filled with locals, that says a lot. If you have to wait for a table when they’re busy - that also tells you something - chill out and have a beer - and don’t complain or write an unreasonable review. If you don’t want to wait, go somewhere else and try them some other time.Really nice homemade Mexican food that you can’t beat for the price and taste. Authentic ingredients, family recipes and their spin on the fare makes it special. Chips are warm...guacamole and salsa are fantastic.Thanks for keeping it ‘as is’ over the years. Fun cozy bar atmosphere hits the spot for us quite often. Staff is always welcoming and work fast.

15.00 for a 2.00 ingredient wet burrito 10.50 for a pitcher of build light. Sat at table for 5 minutes without being helped. When I first walk in the worker checking ids smells like booze. And seen him drinking on the job. Very unprofessional. I will never again come to this establishment. I recommend the rusty spoke in muskegon

Best wet Burritos in Grand Haven!!!Beer is cold, drinks are tasty. The Bartenders are great, and make nice strong drinks at an affordable price. The wait staff is quick and friendly. I come here often for the Wet Burritos!
